2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share login credentials. Voltly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to users or the platform.

3. Bookings and Payments

Voltly connects EV drivers with charging hosts but does not own or operate charging stations. By booking a session, you agree to the listed price, rules, and refund terms set by the host. Payments are processed by third-party providers; Voltly does not store full payment details. You authorize Voltly to charge your payment method for bookings, fees, or damages if applicable.

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate charger details, availability, pricing, and safe access. Hosts are responsible for maintaining their equipment and complying with local laws.

5. User Conduct

Users must respect host property, follow charging instructions, and avoid misuse or damage. Users are responsible for any costs resulting from negligence or violations.

6. Service Availability

Voltly does not guarantee uninterrupted service, charger availability, or charging performance. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voltly is not responsible for damages arising from charger failures, property issues, host actions, user actions, or service outages. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of Voltly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose risks to others. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
